Your Impact
As a Senior Brand & Communication Manager (all genders), you own eduki's integrated campaigns and corporate communications from the first idea to the final retrospective. You will bring our brand to life and position eduki as a relevant voice in the educational ecosystem and drive growth across our European markets. Here are the key areas you'll own:
Brand & storytelling
- Translate high-level strategic brand direction into communication formats and develop a vision for where the eduki brand should go – bring your own ideas, including what doesn't fit us yet.
- Get to know teachers as our core audience in depth, and turn research findings, data and their everyday stories into campaign ideas, content and narratives.
- Make sure eduki's positioning, messaging and tone of voice, are recognisable across every channel and market.
- Write yourself – in German and English: campaign concepts, copy, posts – and brief creatives, designers and content creators.
Integrated campaigns
- Plan and run integrated campaigns that build brand and support clear performance goals ensuring cross-market consistency and local relevance.
- Own the creative and messaging framework for campaigns (angles, value propositions, key messages) and ensure they are consistently applied in organic and paid formats, working closely with channel owners on format-specific adaptations.
- You are in charge of the operational execution: coordinate briefings, manage deadlines, track asset production, prepare go-live checklists, and ensure all touch points are ready on time.
- Work closely with Product, Performance, CRM and SEO, and act as a bridge between brand and our digital product.
LinkedIn & corporate communications
- Build our LinkedIn presence as a channel in its own right: editorial calendar, copy, visuals and community.
- Draft posts and messages for our leadership and make our research insights visible.
Your Skills and Expertise
We're looking for a Brand Campaign & Communication Manager (all genders) who is passionate about building a distinctive, teacher-centric brand and who loves turning big ideas into campaigns that actually launch. This is the perfect role for you if:
- You have a proven track record in campaign management and brand marketing: you've planned and delivered integrated, multi-channel campaigns across diverse markets, both brand-building and performance-driven, and can show what you owned and what it achieved.
- You have a strong storytelling instinct and can turn big ideas, research insights, and product stories into teacher-relevant, actionable campaigns and content, ideally in a multi-market or localized content environment.
- You're a coordinator and a doer: you align social, paid, CRM, and creative teams with solid project management (timelines, status updates, checklists), and you know how to brief creatives and guide content creators for organic and paid formats.
- You're comfortable with data: you analyse and report on campaign performance and use insights to optimize strategy and execution.
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbal.
- Strong Plus: You have hands-on LinkedIn experience and managed a brand or corporate presence, from planning and writing to publishing and coordinating visuals.
- Nice-to-have: experience in EdTech, marketplaces or B2C platforms, agency experience (e.g. creative, brand or communications), UGC or creator partnerships, turning research into accessible stories, ghostwriting for senior leaders,
basic performance marketing concepts (e.g. funnels, attribution, ROAS), or language skills for our core markets (ES, IT, GR, NL, FR). All a plus, none a must.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a registered employer in Germany, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law.
